Lead the development and architecture for implementing Majesco Policy Admin Suite, ensuring consistency with Global IT target architecture and specified requirements agreed to with customers. Develop the target design, policies and standards, working proactively to maintain a stable, viable architecture and operational environments for Majesco Suite. Create required business and/or technical documentation to support digital product needs including for security and operational compliance needs. Collaborate with IT and/or Business teams to assess technology needs and effectively communicate complex architectural solutions. Conduct Technical Due Diligence on Newer Emerging Technologies or SaaS platforms based on business needs. Work with Majesco CoE and Enterprise Architecture team to ensure alignment with Munich Re IT Standards during implementation. Provide Technical Oversight for Project teams to support Integrations & Compliance needs and resolve any technical roadblocks during sprints. Champion Majesco CoE standards during the implementation of Majesco Suite. Collaborate with the Global IT community. Coach and mentor junior members of the team.Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a closely related field plus 3 years of experience (or Bachelor's degree + 5 years) as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect or Business Consultant. Candidate's prior work experience must include: Insurance Policy Administration System configuration; SQL; Java; JSP; Solution Architecture and Design; Use cases, Data model; Solution Design, User Interface Design; Writing test cases, regression testing, system integration testing, and User Acceptance testing; Wireframe; Blueprinting/JRP; and, Functional and Technical Design Review. May telecommute but must have ability to report to the Princeton, NJ office two (2) times per week. Requires 5-10% domestic and international travel.
