Lancaster Ave.Pine Castle, FL 32809The Job You Will Perform:The Converting/Corrugator Supervisor is responsible for leading one assigned shift of hourly employees in the production of corrugated board. This role ensures operational excellence in safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Supervision
  • Directly supervise one shift of hourly production employees.
  • Provide clear direction and leadership to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Plan, assign, and direct daily work activities.
Employee Development & Performance
  • Train and evaluate employees to ensure high performance and growth.
  • Reward and discipline employees in alignment with company policies.
  • Promote teamwork and resolve conflicts constructively.

The Skills You Will Bring:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in the corrugated packaging industry required.
  • Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
