As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mission by overseeing all aspects of human resources management. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage performance, plan for succession, lead recruitment efforts, administer compensation and benefits, and handle day-to-day HR operations.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate succession planning efforts to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
  • Lead recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, and policy development.
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning needs and support organizational growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, succession planning, recruitment, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Experience managing day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
