- Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Facilitate succession planning efforts to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Lead recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, and policy development.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning needs and support organizational growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, succession planning, recruitment, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Experience managing day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
