- Project Leadership - Manage overall direction, control, and execution of assigned projects and project team members.
- Team & Client Coordination - Build strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Budget & Scheduling - Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
- Change & Risk Management - Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, changes, and challenges.
- Meetings & Communication - Lead meetings, document progress, and ensure clear, proactive communication.
- Closeout & Quality Control - Oversee final inspections, systems commissioning, closeout documentation, punch lists, warranty work, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Education - 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent work experience.
- Experience - 5 years of related experience working on large commercial projects.
- Proven Leadership - Strong ability to manage teams, mentor staff, and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-Oriented Mindset - Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented - Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
