We offer a broad range of automation, electrification and digital solutions for process, hybrid and maritime industries, including industry-specific integrated control and software as well as measurement and analytics solutions and services.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and increase sales of Force Measurement in assigned territories and collaborate with engineering team to develop customized solutions for FM products.
- Travel 50-70% in assigned territory for customer visits and presentations, while understanding the customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions.
- Collaborating with other departments to prepare bids, gather technical specifications and financial accuracy.
- Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities, and monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.
- BS/AS in Electrical, Mechanical or job experience equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, sales support, maintenance or operations.
- Knowledge or understanding of mechanical and electrical industrial equipment. A plus would be automation or process control understanding in either the Paper or Metals market.
- The proven ability to develop and manage customer accounts.
- A team focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
