AAMCO Transmissions also offers excellent training by our tenured Customer Support Team with 40+ years of customer support expertise.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage large amounts of incoming callsIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/toolsMeet personal/customer service team performance targetsProvide customers appropriate solutions and alternatives efficiently and follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and document appropriately in SalesforceFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesQualifications & ExperienceProven customer support experience or experience as a client service representativeStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customersExcellent communication skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively18 years of age or olderHigh School Diploma or equivalentAt least 6 months of previous call center experience a plusProficient in PC operation and navigationFull-Time schedule availability within hours of operations: 8:30am-5:30pm Eastern Monday-FridayPrior Salesforce or other CRM experience strongly preferredPrior Automotive experience a plusWilling to submit to background check (includes education and employment verification)Bilingual (Spanish) a PLUSCompensationRange from $14 to $20 per hour, increases for performance and tenureJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offPaid trainingVision insuranceWork from homeSchedule:8-hour shiftDay shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Some college or college degree (Preferred)Work Location: 3 days at Horsham Office with 2 days remotePowered by JazzHR
