Provide the technical expertise and tactical bandwidth for creative problem-solving based on industry best practices, to retrofit and optimize the SL3 machine/equipment for client product.
Optimize the line's capabilities and prepare for new product technical transfer, with a focus on technical creativity and flexible problem-solving. This includes but is not limited to:
Helping solve challenges with the isolator and tanks
Preparing for potential future tank expansions
Collaborating with client experts to understand product limitations
Provide technical support for the line's preparation for eventual commercial production
Training for new engineering resources
Requirements:
System ownership for syringe lines
Filler and Isolator subject matter expertise and hands-on technical support for Optima line equipment
Collaborating with vendors
Leading equipment through commissioning
Developing job plans
Support and conducting operations team member training
GMP operational experience with Optima systems and filling lines
VHP and Cycle Development experience
Informing and supporting development / updates to SOPs, batch records, training manuals, maintenance plans, and job routes for all associated equipment

The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice.
