Venteon is currently seeking a Sr. Talent and Human Resources Professional for a 9-10 month assignment with a client based in Metro Detroit.Requirements of the Sr. Talent and Human Resources ProfessionalBachelor s degree, or commensurate experience.Five to seven years of proven experience in talent management or talent strategy development, with successful organizational outcomes.Strong project management and communication skills.Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Experience developing and implementing talent or HR programs and deliverables.Strong familiarity with all stages of the employee life cycle, and experience creating and supporting deliverables from each phase.Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail.Experience with the MS-Office suite of products.Strong alignment with client's vision, mission and values.Responsibilities of the Sr. Talent and Human Resources ProfessionalTo design, develop, and implement deliverables identified as outputs for the talent strategy. Some deliverables have been designed for each stage of the employee life cycle and will need to move from design to development and implementation.To provide expertise and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement in talent management practices.Identify gaps, opportunities, and risks in the current strategy.Develop actionable recommendations and propose refinements to elements of the strategy, if needed.Support the creation of specific talent management deliverables that will be identified throughout the employee life cycle (e.g. competency models, talent profiles, development activities, multi-rater feedback, etc.)Design, develop and refine tools, templates, guides, and resources to support each stage.Create a timeline and identify tasks for each stage and the overall plan.Ensure all deliverables are practical, scalable, and applicable to Client s environment.Create supporting documentation and training materials as needed.If you are a high performer and would like to work for an equally high performing company and you think the above opportunity is appropriate for you, we invite you to apply to this job and email your resume to rrice@hrsus.com.We treat all resumes with strict confidentiality.
