Max Motors Dealerships is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at our established dealership. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical role in providing excellent service to our clients.Responsibilities:
Greet customers and accurately record their vehicle information and service needs
Consult with customers to determine their automotive service/repair needs and provide recommendations based on technician diagnosis
Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's status and any additional services needed
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Keep customers informed of any delays, changes, or additional services needed
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting customer retention and satisfaction
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate service completion
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Meet and exceed service advisor sales and customer satisfaction goals
Keep up-to-date on all dealership promotions, service offerings, and manufacturer updates
Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient with computers and technology, previous experience with automotive service software a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
