- Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Certification: DPI certification in ECE or ECEEN preferred; CLASS reliability required within 6 months
- Experience: Preschool/child development programming, working with underserved families, adult learning and coaching
- Specialized Knowledge: Head Start Performance Standards, trauma-informed practices, Anti-Bias Education, reflective supervision
- Professional Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills, data analysis abilities, independent work capabilities, collaborative team approach
- Additional Requirements: Valid Wisconsin Driver's License with adequate insurance
- Providing individualized coaching to teaching staff to enhance early childhood educational service quality
- Supporting teachers' ongoing professional development through targeted interventions
- Ensuring complete implementation of developmentally appropriate classroom curriculum
- Supporting compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards
- Assisting Education Programming Manager with data aggregation and analysis
- Developing individual and program-wide professional development activities
- Supporting agency school readiness goals through evidence-based coaching strategies
- Implementing trauma-informed and culturally responsive teaching practices
- Using CLASS and other assessment tools to guide coaching strategies
- Providing reflective supervision to support educator growth
- Embodying agency core values in all coaching and training activities
- Supporting anti-bias education implementation across programs
- Investing in educator excellence through comprehensive coaching support
- Implementing trauma-informed and anti-racist approaches across all programming
- Using data-driven strategies to continuously improve educational outcomes
