A senior-level opportunity to join a leading Denver legal team. This role is for an expert in rule-based calendaring systems who can provide leadership, training, and support to docketing staff while ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and compliance across all jurisdictions.Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret legal documents to identify and calendar critical litigation dates and deadlines.
- Create, update, and manage events within the Aderant CompuLaw system, including manual date calculations.
- Maintain precise docket data integrity and generate comprehensive reports for litigation teams.
- Research, monitor, and track changes to federal, state, and local court rules and procedures.
- Develop training materials and mentor junior docketing staff on best practices and procedural updates.
- Collaborate with attorneys, legal staff, and court personnel to resolve complex docketing inquiries.
- Support the Docketing Manager with special projects and firm-wide docketing initiatives.
Education:
- A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate is a plus.
- 5–7 years of direct litigation docketing experience.
- Proven, advanced expertise with CompuLaw (required), CourtAlert, or eDockets.
- Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, or leading other staff members.
- Strong knowledge of litigation processes and court rules across multiple jurisdictions.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) credential is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to perform accurately under tight deadlines.
Salary: $36.06 - $40.87 Per Hour
