FIDES is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support our client’s IT infrastructure modernization efforts. The Technical Project Manager will focus on supporting infrastructure technology such as network upgrades, cloud enablement, endpoint management, and system deployments. This is a hybrid role with office locations in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee technical infrastructure projects from kickoff to completion, including planning, tracking, and resolving risks across timelines and resources.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT leadership, engineers, vendors, and operational stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans and executive updates.
  • Support iterative and milestone-driven delivery, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and standards.
  • Manage vendor timelines and dependencies across infrastructure, security, and support teams.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of project management experience overseeing IT infrastructure projects (cloud migrations, network, endpoint, system deployments, etc.).
  • Ability to navigate both technical and operational environments and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Experience in healthcare IT or health system environments is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with common health system infrastructure tools and security practices is a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
