● Must be BC/BE in Neurosurgery

● Designated Neuro ICU at the Hospital

STAFFING
● Clinical support staff including MA, RN, Nurse NavigatorRequirementsLicensure/Certification/Registration:
  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
  • Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
Education:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
