Qualifications: - BS preferred but not a requirement
- Experience with technical sales experience in fluidic power, hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial automation
- Proven track record of selling complex technical solutions to OEM customers
- Familiarity with OEM design and manufacturing processes
- Experience leading and developing sales teams of 3-5 professionals
- Strong business acumen with understanding of P&L management
- Ability to identify and target strategic customers
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats
- Lead and mentor regional sales team members to achieve individual and team objectives
- Establish sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics for the region
- Create and conduct proposal presentations and request for quote responses
