Qualifications:
  • BS preferred but not a requirement
  • Experience with technical sales experience in fluidic power, hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial automation
  • Proven track record of selling complex technical solutions to OEM customers
  • Familiarity with OEM design and manufacturing processes
  • Experience leading and developing sales teams of 3-5 professionals
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of P&L management
  • Ability to identify and target strategic customers
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats
  • Lead and mentor regional sales team members to achieve individual and team objectives
  • Establish sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics for the region
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations and request for quote responses
