- Serve as a technical liaison between stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and developers.
- Design and implement RPA solutions and prepare supporting presentation materials.
- Create detailed configuration and technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer, software quality, and reduced support costs.
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot automation systems, including after-hours support as needed.
- Leverage AI technologies to enhance and expand automation capabilities.
- Develop new concepts and methodologies to improve people, processes, and IT solutions.
- Identify risks and enforce standards for requirements management, testing, training, and organizational change management.
- Assist in scoping engagements, vendor proposal development, and project execution.
- Oversee 3rd-party service providers involved in RPA design and development.
- Provide exceptional support with a service-oriented approach and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Participate in special projects and other assigned duties.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent education/experience).
- 5+ years of experience developing with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft.
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, JavaScript, Python, VB.Net, and C#.
- Preferred: Professional RPA developer certification (UiPath or Automation Anywhere).
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with relational databases, data integration processes, and performance scalability (Microsoft SQL preferred).
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems, ERP, CRM, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Proficient in Office 365 applications and skilled in communication with diverse teams.
- Ability to multi-task, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
