You’ll coordinate hygiene appointments, optimize the schedule, and ensure patients have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. You’ll present patient plans and close cases, manage records and recalls, support hygienists in patient education and treatment acceptance, track KPIs, and help ensure the hygiene department runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll also play a key liaison role between the front office, hygiene team, and lead dentist.What we’re looking for:
You’ll need previous front office, receptionist, or customer service experience in a dental practice , plus strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
