With decades of trust in the Twin Cities and a team built on integrity, hard work, and excellence, we take pride in being a blessing in every home we enter.As a Licensed (Journeyman or Master) Electrician, you will complete electrical service calls, ensuring each project is safe, code-compliant, and completed to the highest standard. You’ll build rapport with customers, educate them on solutions and financing options, and provide clear recommendations that fit their needs. You’ll collaborate with our CSR and Dispatch teams to keep schedules running smoothly, maintain a clean and stocked vehicle, and accurately document all work performed. You’ll also help develop the next generation of electricians by mentoring apprentices in the field.RESPONSIBILITIESService & Repairs
Complete a wide range of electrical service calls, from troubleshooting and repairs to full installations, ensuring all work meets or exceeds code requirements.Customer Communication
Establish strong rapport with homeowners, clearly explain solutions, present options, and guide them toward informed decisions on products, services, financing, and maintenance plans.Collaboration & Scheduling
Work closely with our CSR and Dispatch teams to maintain efficient schedules, minimize cancellations, and ensure each job runs smoothly from start to finish.Training & Mentorship
Provide guidance to apprentices in the field, sharing skills and knowledge to help them grow into confident, capable electricians.Organization & Documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked truck. Accurately complete all paperwork, including invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets in a timely manner.THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF:
  • You’re a licensed Minnesota Journeyman (or Master) Electrician with strong residential experience.
  • You love problem-solving and making homeowners feel confident and cared for.
  • You take pride in your work and keep job sites and vehicles clean and organized.
  • You’re a team player who communicates well and enjoys mentoring others.
  • You’re motivated by doing the job right — and delivering a 5-Star experience every time.
THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
  • You avoid customer interaction or don’t enjoy explaining solutions.
  • You prefer to work without following established systems and processes.
  • You’re not interested in mentoring or helping others grow.
  • You’re careless with safety or unwilling to meet code requirements.
TOTAL COMPENSATION
  • Salary: $100,000 - $180,000+
  • Competitive pay, commensurate with experience.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minnesota Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.
  • Proven residential electrical service experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to use digital tools for invoicing, scheduling, and documentation.
