Develop/refine sales operations strategies in alignment with firm goals
Implement/improve processes to measure/enhance sales efficiency and streamline workflows/drive revenue growth
Lead enhancement of technology stack to support revenue operations and increase productivity
Handle fundamental Salesforce administrative functions including user account maintenance and workflows
Carry out regular internal Salesforce system audits/upgrades
Work with sales teams to set up personalized dashboards/fields/alerts/reports to shorten sales cycle and track every lead in greater detail; provide actionable insights by sales revenue data; recommend improvements
Play key role in strategic planning; contribute revenue-focused perspectives to drive firm growth
Foster a culture of continuous improvement/innovation/accountability
Collaborate with teams to ensure pipeline management/resource allocation and identify best practicesRequirements:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, ideally with Sales Cloud / Marketing Cloud
Certified Salesforce Administrator; additional certifications (Sales Cloud / Marketing Cloud) preferred
Bachelor's degree; strong Salesforce product knowledge; marketing automation experience highly preferred
Knowledge of basic triggers/Apex code and system integration experience with Outreach or Gong preferred
Wants to work with a small business, wearing several hats and willing to be in-office 5 days/week
