This active, outdoor role involves growing, watering, maintaining, and moving plants, along with supporting daily nursery operations.What You'll DoPropagate, plant, water, and prune nursery stock.Unload shipments and stock retail plants.Keep production areas clean, organized, and safe.Work outdoors in all weather with a supportive team.What We're Looking ForInterest in plants and willingness to learn.Reliable, adaptable, and efficient in a fast-paced setting.Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet outdoors.Team player with good communication.Reliable transportation (work takes place at Mulberry & Ault locations).Experience in horticulture, plant care, or outdoor work is a plus but not required.Why Join Us?$2/hour pay increase for work at our Ault facility.Be part of a fun, plant-loving team.Learn and grow your skills in horticulture.Work outdoors and contribute to something meaningful in our community.
