Our 102-provides a wide range of mental, emotional and behavioral health services for children, teens, adults and seniors experiencing mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety and co-occurring substance use issues. The Cape Girardeau region has significant reach for its consumers and a labor force encompassing a 40-mile radius.QualificationsPOSITION SUMMARY:The Cook is responsible for the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for patients and facility staff according to the approved menu cycle and production sheets.QUALIFICATIONS:Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Training in food service sanitation and possession of food service food handler’s card is required.Experience: Two (2) years’ experience in quantity cooking, preferred; basic knowledge of modified diets; experience utilizing industrial kitchen equipment and utensils.Additional Requirements: Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
