We have studios and offices across the globe.The JobAs Sr. Product Manager at Warner Bros. Games, you will help research and evangelize the development & design frameworks that are winning in today’s console cross-platform marketplace. You will synthesize internal and external research into actionable data points to help drive the product strategy for a well-known AAA branded franchise. Based in Production and working alongside the Central Product Management team, you will coordinate closely with development partners and internal publishing teams to form a strategy for the franchise; and helping to drive the best product decisions across multiple games within it. You will utilize user insights, analytics, best practices, market research and competitor analysis to help inform the strategic execution of projects across the franchise.The Daily
  • Work together with studio creatives to formulate the winning hypothesis/strategies that lead to hit games within the franchise.
  • Lead the formulation of audience profile and product positioning to support overall franchise strategy.
  • Help drive research / user testing initiatives to validate and build confidence in commercial success.
  • Provide creative and genre expertise for projects as needed, using research and a strong knowledgebase of the industry.
  • Distill learnings from internal game lifecycles to help shape our strategy to engineer bigger hits.
  • Lead live operational frameworks and roadmap to ensure a game can last 3+ years, including oversight over Live Ops calendars through a strong understanding of content, features, economy, and production pipeline.
  • Monitor health metrics across franchise products, using a mix of data and player feedback, to measure success and inform our priorities
  • Oversee the analysis of results of events, promotions, and store updates to help improve future activities and strategies in relevant products.
  • Work with team of analytics to create actionable recommendations for our development teams and communicate the ongoing KPI impact of recommendations.
The Essentials
  • 8+ experience in the gaming industry, ideally on AAA product.
  • 5+ experience in a Product Management role.
  • Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc).
  • Experience running live-ops and engagement events in F2P games.
  • Strong familiarity with Console & PC trends and best practices.
  • Record of accomplishment via feature, promotional and business model recommendations.
  • Strong project management experience and ability to work with and manage cross-functional units to advance business objectives.
  • Data science or Statistical analysis work in any field.
  • Thorough understanding of free-to-play games and business models.
  • Effective communication skills including organizing and leading meetings.
  • An analytical, logical, innovative, and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional product management skills (with experience at a features and systems level).
  • Strong PC Skills, including proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables, large data sets).
  • Exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues across different disciplines and location to achieve results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to meet specific deadlines required.
  • Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Experience with managing A/B tests and experiments.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Flexibility to travel to WB Games studios as required.
  • Attendance at industry conferences as required.
The Nice to Haves
  • BA/BS Degree, Background in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Design, Systems Design, Engineering, or Mathematics a plus. MA/MS/MBA preferred.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $101,500.00 - $188,500.00 salary per year.
