We work with growing businesses in CPG, tech, and climate/sustainability that are making a positive impact in the world.What You Will DoYou will lead a talented team of recruiting consultants on client requisitions and engagements. You’ll collaborate with leadership to plan resources, set goals, create solutions, and track success. About 75% of your time will be focused on managing people, client relationships, and team resourcing and utilization; the rest will be spent on your own requisition load.Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 - 8 recruiters / senior recruiters
  • Collaborate with your immediate team and others in the organization to ensure we are consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Oversee recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and hiring outcomes
  • Track client metrics and regularly share with clients; conduct client meetings and reviews at a regular cadence as appropriate
  • Collaborate with leadership on KPIs, process improvements, and best practices
  • Model core values while balancing client and team needs

You value thoughtful, human-centric engagement with both clients and candidates and are motivated to help others succeed.
  • 7+ years of combined recruiting and management experience
  • Recruiting background in CPG, tech, or climate/sustainability industries highly desirable
  • Previous experience in a client services role preferred
  • Strong client relationship-building and team leadership skills
  • Demonstrated success in client retention and expansion
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial by nature, able to successfully partner with startups, small, and medium-sized businesses
  • Detail-oriented, process driven, and strong organization skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
