- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 - 8 recruiters / senior recruiters
- Collaborate with your immediate team and others in the organization to ensure we are consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Oversee recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and hiring outcomes
- Track client metrics and regularly share with clients; conduct client meetings and reviews at a regular cadence as appropriate
- Collaborate with leadership on KPIs, process improvements, and best practices
- Model core values while balancing client and team needs
- 7+ years of combined recruiting and management experience
- Recruiting background in CPG, tech, or climate/sustainability industries highly desirable
- Previous experience in a client services role preferred
- Strong client relationship-building and team leadership skills
- Demonstrated success in client retention and expansion
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial by nature, able to successfully partner with startups, small, and medium-sized businesses
- Detail-oriented, process driven, and strong organization skills
- Exceptional communication skills
