We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security and Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This includes ensuring backup continuity through regular testing and validation, meticulously auditing and maintaining firewall rules to restrict unauthorized access, and implementing and monitoring DNS protection to prevent malicious redirection. You will also be responsible for deploying and managing advanced email cybersecurity functions to combat phishing, spam, and malware threats, ensuring the integrity of our primary communication channel.Technical Support and Infrastructure Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for complex technical issues, providing expert-level support across hardware, software, and network systems. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining a seamless and productive environment for all end-users. This involves troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting a wide range of technical challenges, as well as managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure to support our business goals.Threat Analysis and Mitigation: Proactively identify and respond to security incidents. You will analyze potential threats, investigate security breaches, and develop strategies to mitigate risks. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to think critically under pressure to protect our data and systems from compromise.Collaboration and Training: Work closely with other departments to ensure technology solutions align with business needs. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering cybersecurity awareness training for all employees, fostering a culture of security throughout the organization.
