Job Summary:Schweid & Sons is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager - East to join our growing team and support retail sales execution in the Northeast region. This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the expansion of a leading fresh burger brand. The ideal candidate lives in or near New York City but could also be located anywhere along the corridor between Boston and Philadelphia.This role supports key regional and independent customers, helps manage broker relationships, and ensures in-store excellence. You will report directly to the Director of Sales and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and operations.Essential Job Functions:· Account Support: Assist in managing retail customers and regional accounts. Help ensure promotions are executed correctly and troubleshoot customer issues as needed.· Retail Execution: Conduct regular store visits to ensure product placement, pricing compliance, and promotional execution. Share retail insights and competitive observations with the team.· Distributor Engagement: Work closely with regional distributors to track orders, manage service levels, support inventory flow, and strengthen account execution.· Broker Coordination: Work closely with broker partners to drive execution and support communication between brokers and internal teams.· Sales Reporting & CRM: Maintain activity logs and help track account performance using Salesforce. Assist with preparing recaps and reports for internal and customer meetings.· Event Support: Represent Schweid & Sons at store demos, local trade events, and select customer meetings.· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with customer service, marketing, and operations to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.Required Qualifications:· 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food & beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.· Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.· Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).· Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a fast-paced team.· Based in the Northeast; preference for candidates living in or near New York City. Must be able to travel to accounts throughout the region.
