  • Team consists of six physicians and three advanced practice providers when fully staffed. This
  • position is being hired for the replacement of a long-term physician who is retiring.
  • Standard four-day work week.
  • Outpatient phone call only, 1:6 weeks, nurse triaged.
  • Lab, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and integrated behavioral health on site.
  • Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support.
  • 20-25 patients per day.
  • Epic electronic medical record.
  • Clinic hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
