Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting with a focus on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Work along side other key executives as a team to significantly impact the success of SCT.Culture and Development: Embed our core values in the finance, accounting, and IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation, high performance, and continuous growth. Lead by example, providing mentorship and recognizing achievements.Financial Stewardship: Establish financing relationships that align with our values of trustworthiness and resourcefulness, enhancing cash flow and maintaining financial stability.Risk Management: Oversee comprehensive risk assessments, safeguarding the company’s assets, reputation, and compliance with regulations and standards.Operational Excellence: Drive the optimization of processes and systems, ensuring resource maximization and alignment with strategic goals. Champion the integration and effectiveness of IT strategy and infrastructure to support organizational objectives.Cost Analysis: Possess an in-depth knowledge of the company’s business model and intricate costing methods with the ability to teach its principles at all levels of the organization. Identifying improvement opportunities in the accounting arena will be welcomed.Strategic Negotiations: Spearhead acquisitions and strategic partnerships with a keen focus on cross-functional collaboration and resource allocation.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a CFO role, with a strong preference for backgrounds in manufacturing. A track record of financial leadership and transformation in alignment with company values.Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required; an MBA is highly preferred and a CPA is a plus.Skills and Abilities: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a team and convey complex financial information in a clear and relatable manner. Proficient in ERP and MRP systems, with extensive experience in financial analysis, job costing, and variance reporting. Strong business acumen is a must.Character and Commitment: A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, ethical leadership, and the ability to thrive in a culture that values people, relationships, and servant-hearted leadership.Treasury Management Experience: Proficiency in financial modeling to analyze various scenarios, evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions, and develop effective strategies for managing cash flow and investments.
