- Revenue Responsibility: Responsible for growing the net interest income and fee income for the team.
- Risk Management: Responsible for the credit quality of the team and keeping senior management abreast of deteriorating credits and identification of trends. Provide oversight of negotiations for all transactions handled by the team. Negotiate, structure and approve loans and terms within lending limits.
- Staff Development: Responsible for training and coaching the team. Provide support to RMs for their development. Build bench strength within the group.
- Sales Management: Responsible for managing the sales process.
- Represents the Bank in civic and community activities.
- Exercise the authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations and terminations.
