- Running a full sales cycle with our Enterprise customers from cold outreach to close.
- Building your own account plans, identifying top targets. Prospect weekly into these identified accounts at Director-level and above.
- Full ownership of building your own pipeline.
- Use MEDDPICC to accurately qualify and identify risk across all opportunities throughout the sales funnel.
- Present and sell directly to Director-level and above with the goal of building champions at this level within the organization.
- Working with your existing enterprise customers on expanding Synthesia's footprint within that organization to additional teams that can benefit from the solution.
- Manage all sales activities in the CRM (Salesforce)
- Forecast monthly on all deals in Gong.
- Collaborate with teams across Synthesia to ensure you have the right recourse to achieve the above.
- We expect the ideal candidate to have 5+ years of consistent B2B, SaaS Sales experience (3 of these years to be selling into enterprise-sized companies)
- Experience in disruptive, value-driven, methodological sales environments, ideally using MEDDPICC.
- Demonstrable success/over achievement on new business targets.
