Full-time, on-siteThe Machine Builder position is responsible for the precision assembly, modification, and debugging of custom automated machinery. This role requires a strong mechanical background, experience with automation, and the ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of machine building or precision assembly experience and be comfortable working in a hands-on, problem-solving environment.Job Duties:Perform precision machine assembly using a variety of toolsModify metal and plastic parts using manual mills, lathes, and grindersInspect and measure parts for accuracy using micrometers, height gauges, and other toolsAssemble equipment using 3D modelsPerform limited field wiring of equipmentAssist with equipment debugging and testingPerform hydraulic and pneumatic plumbingCollaborate with team members to ensure projects are executed accurately and efficientlyJob Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a machine builder, millwright, or in other precision assembly workStrong general mechanical aptitude and proven problem-solving skillsProficiency in using manual mills and lathesKnowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systemsBasic electrical knowledge and the ability to perform limited wiringSkilled in manual inspection using micrometers, height gauges, etc.Welding experience is a plus
