- Lead the planning and execution of internal and external events—from workshops and company celebrations to customer activations, conference sponsorships and more.
- Own logistics such as venues, catering, travel, run-of-show, and attendees.
- Deliver thoughtful, high-quality experiences that align with Sabey’s brand and values.
- Work closely with the Culture Director, Marketing Manager, HR, and key creative partners (design, media, engagement) to support broader enterprise revenue, recruiting, and retention goals.
- Track budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts to ensure smooth execution and fiscal responsibility.
- Lead and mentor event support teams, who will provide strong support across logistics, set up, coordination, and follow-up to help events run smoothly and scale effectively.
- Collect feedback and track success metrics to improve event effectiveness over time.
- Partner with the engagement team when events involve gifts or branded merchandise.
- 5+ years of experience planning and managing events of varying formats and sizes.
- Experience managing vendors and supervising team members.
- Experience with project management or marketing software (e.g., Wrike, HubSpot) preferred.
- BA/BS degree in Business or a job-related field preferred.
