My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large and complex industrial and healthcare projects throughout the United States.
  • Manage large and complex industrial and healthcare projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Oversee and manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that they adhere to project schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that project specifications are met.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, change orders, and project reports.
  • Assist with business development activities, including identifying new project opportunities and participating in presentations to clients.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Ensure that quality standards are met and that the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing large and complex industrial and healthcare projects.
  • Experience in design/build construction preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Procore or Primavera P6, is preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
