Duration: W2 ContractNote: 10-12 yrs exp in PM (SAS on-boarding experience is must / Hospitality domain is plus).Day-to-day activities include:
- Setting up kickoff calls and project-managing implementation of online ordering, mobile apps, loyalty, and gift card programs.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure merchants use products immediately after sign-up.
- Technical troubleshooting of issues (both on merchant websites and internal systems).
- Educating merchants on products: answering "how-to” questions, guiding setup, and providing operational support during initial weeks.
- Collecting and registering merchant feedback on products.
- Reports to: Associate Manager, Strategy & Operations, within the Commerce Platform organization.
- Role: Primarily remote, but close to corporate hubs for co-working and team collaboration as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with individual contributors.
- Excellent external and internal presentation and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and curious: ability to troubleshoot merchant issues before escalation.
