Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Architect in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead our CRM and Opportunity Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and capabilities, with a proven track record in designing scalable solutions that enhance customer relationship management and streamline opportunity management processes. Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Architect will design and implement Salesforce solutions for CRM and Opportunity Management that align with business objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop and maintain system architecture documentation, including integration points and data flow diagrams
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in Salesforce development and deployment
Optimize existing Salesforce configurations and workflows to improve efficiency and user experience
As a Salesforce Architect, you will conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features, recommending enhancements to leverage the platform's capabilities
Mentor and train team members on Salesforce best practices and architecture principles

Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or similar role, with a strong background in CRM and Opportunity Management
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration tools
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer) are highly desirable
