Our culture is built on support, growth and opportunity.Position OverviewAs a Customer Care Center Manager, you’ll be responsible for leadership over the Customer Care Center Staff in a cost effective, results focused, and patient centered manner. This position is a critical resource to help manage staff and promote teamwork, while meeting individual performance expectations and contribution to shared team performance goals. This position supports and strengthens the link between referral sources and THAH to deliver seamless care to the patient.The Manager Customer Care Center monitors team performance and adherence to standards of care to ensure timely transitions to home based services from acute care and skilled nursing facilities to THAH. The Manager monitors volume and maintains staffing within the region and regularly provides performance feedback to staff by monitoring achievement towards goals. This position creates implements and supports the relationship between the Customer Service Center staff and referrals sources, patients and families to establish a strong presence of support and customer service in the communities we serve.BenefitsPay Range: $36.45-$58.32 per hourDay 1 Benefits - Health, dental and vision insuranceShort- and long-term disability coverage403(b) retirement plan with employer matchGenerous paid time off + 7 paid holidaysTuition reimbursement up to $5,250/yearComprehensive onboarding and orientationMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, master’s degree in health care field preferred, Allied Health, Business Management, Marketing, Nursing, Communication or related field.Four years' experience in health care sales, home care referral experience, preferably at a management level.Proven achiever.Experience training and mentoring sales staff and/or facilitating development/procurement of same.Strong verbal-written communication skills.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Proficient in use of spreadsheet and presentation software.Ability to consistently demonstrate commitment to the mission and Organizational Code of Ethics and adhere to the Compliance Program.About Trinity Health At Home – Southeast MichiganTrinity Health At Home is a national home care, hospice and palliative care organization serving communities throughout eleven states.
