This role ensures that all manufacturing activities meet quality, safety, and customer standards while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve production goals.
  • Supervise the assembly of components into subassemblies and the mating/joining of structural assemblies (metallic and non-metallic).
  • Oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, utilizing fastening methods such as screws, bolts, rivets, soldering, crimping, swaging, connectors, and adhesives.
  • Manage the testing of systems using mechanical, electrical, and electronic test equipment to ensure functionality and quality compliance.
  • Interface and collaborate with engineering teams, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product specifications and ensure customer acceptance.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and production timelines while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a aerospace manufacturing or production supervisory role, no other industry will be consider.
  • Strong understanding of structural assembly, system installation, and testing procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and production documentation.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
