
1st Shift BioMed Assembly Operator

- Assemble, rework, calibrate, test, inspect, and package electromechanical components and assemblies
- Operate and maintain production equipment and hand tools, following process documentation, diagrams, and written instructions to meet production targets
- Collect, analyze, and report production data using basic math skills
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing processes, as appropriate to your role
- Basic computer skills, including logging in, printing, navigating on-screen prompts, and opening/closing files
- Ability to occasionally lift over 50 pounds, move objects up to 40 pounds, perform repetitive hand/arm motions, and stand for extended periods
- Potential exposure to chemicals, solvents, and solder fumes; safety glasses are required
- Must be able to distinguish colors and handle small components, as the role involves frequent close-up work
- Proficient in reading and speaking English to follow safety guidelines, assembly instructions, and supervisor directions
- Prior experience in electronic assembly is preferred, but strong willingness and ability to learn quickly is essential
- High attention to detail to ensure delivery of quality products to customers
