build and lead an agile team to deliver the advanced technology that drives the future The successful candidate will be working with a local team to provide support that includes technical troubleshooting, data analysis & problem resolution for the applications & infrastructure on the plant floor. Will contribute on leading various efforts to ensure all responsible manufacturing applications meet Ford's productivity goals. You will also interface daily with all business departments in the plant, from assembly and industrial controls to quality and manufacturing / logistics. Pre-production builds will begin in late 2026 with full production late 2027. Support, launch, deploy all new systems required for the plant, End user Support, Applications from quality to production. Support a multi-shift operation in launch mode of a greenfield manufacturing plant. Work flexible hours and rotating schedule to support business processes (days, nights and or weekends/holidays) This will be until 2028. Provide technical support (Manufacturing IT applications, infrastructure, operating systems, end-user-productivity tools) to plant business customers throughout the manufacturing plant. Support Plant Floor Systems / PDO teams in resolving incidents; Provide triage and business continuity plans, support escalations, provide hands and feet to support teams and other global teams (i.e. DBA, Server Operations, Ops Control, Network Operations) Assist site IT manager with managing assignments and workload Develop, maintain, and share, accurate support documentation Support local network equipment in a Cisco based environment Support local servers across both physical and virtual environments in a Windows and Linux based ecosystem Support FOT deployments and expansion efforts utilizing IIIOT, iOS, software-defined network, mobile, and Android based equipment. Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Technology related. We are looking for recent graduate with college projects experience or at most 2 years related-work experience. Most important, people willing to learn with excellent work ethics and with high desire to make a difference. Ability to support a multi-shift, 24x7 operation
