We’re working with a high-end custom home builder seeking a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on luxury residential builds for ultra-high-net-worth clients.What You’ll Do:Oversee day-to-day operations: ~70% office / ~30% field (flexible based on your preference)Handle project planning, budget management, and client/architect communicationSupervise site superintendents and ensure schedules, subs, and materials alignDrive business development, maintain vendor/client relationships, and manage project timelines and quality controlCoordinate project closeouts, warranty work, and ensure a smooth client experience✅ What You Bring:5+ years in custom residential construction project managementStrong grasp of estimating, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, and job costingProven success working with high-net-worth clienteleExcellent communication and organizational skillsBusiness-minded, with the ability to manage relationships, solve problems, and keep projects on track and under budgetCompensation & Perks:Base Salary: $100K–$140K
