
Claims Processing Clerk - Oklahoma City, OK (Hybrid)

- Scanning claims, attachments and other documents as needed into the system using Kodak scanner
- Responsible for timely processing incoming mail
- Audit/review claims
- Creation of monthly postage report for billing
- Request and document claims to be purged
- Work the return to sender(flagged) mail
- Respond to emails from clients and vendors
- Work with the Data Entry team to insure proper procedures
- Perform other duties as needed
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- General Knowledge of PC/Window Operating System
- Required Education
- High School Degree
- Preferred but not required Experience
- Previous experience in a mailroom environment
- Knowledge of paper Oklahoma Medicaid claims
- Good Driving Record
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Communication skills
- Personal computer and business solutions software skills
- Organization skills to balance and prioritize work
- Ability to multi-task and work independently and as part of a team
- Typical hours Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm or 7:00am to 3:30pm
