- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in industrial and commercial HVAC
- Cultivate strong customer relationships through exceptional service and technical support
- Conduct on-site assessments to recommend HVAC solutions that meet customer needs
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and prospects
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Provide feedback to enhance products based on customer needs
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and marketing events
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track progress
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within the commercial/industrial HVAC industry
- Proven track record of successful HVAC project sales
- Deep understanding of commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Proficiency in running load calculations and designing/estimating ductwork and piping
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field preferred
