- Curriculum Development: Design, create, and update training materials for radar systems and mission applications that is tailored to the specific training needs of our customer base, from radar novices to experienced intelligence analysts. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the content is accurate and meets the specific needs of customers.
- Training Delivery: Oversee the entire training lifecycle, from initial planning and scheduling to implementation and evaluation. Lead and execute both in-person and remote training sessions in various locations, including our home office, customers' locations, and operational sites.
- Online Curriculum Development and Delivery: Develop, manage, and oversee the delivery of online learning resources and virtual classrooms.
- Needs Analysis: Develop curriculum and training events that are tailored to each customer's unique mission and skill level.
- Documentation and Evaluation: Create and maintain all training documentation, including manuals, guides, and presentation materials. Additionally, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they achieve the desired learning outcomes.
- Internal Training Team Proficiency Management: Train a team of trainers on our technical systems, training delivery, and latest hardware and software updates. Ensure the team is proficient and skilled to present training to customers.

- An ability to apply learning theories and instructional design models to create effective training and assessment programs.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand radar systems, principles, software, and related technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You can demonstrate experience presenting technical information to groups of people with varying skill levels and backgrounds.
- Availability to travel to customer sites, both in the United States and abroad, in support of in-person training sessions. Some training sessions occur in austere locations in support of deployed Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations.
- An ability to apply effective teaching techniques, maximizing student and participant engagement.
- Proficiency with learning and e-learning management systems and authoring tools.
- Ability to conduct a thorough analysis of customer needs and translate them into a targeted training plan.
- A technical degree or equivalent training.
- Experience with ISR operations
- Familiarity with Synthetic Aperture Radar systems and their data products
- Familiarity with Full Motion Video sensors and their data products
- Experience with Unmanned Aerial Systems
- Familiarity with military and/or government offices, entities, and chains of command
