
Sr. Technical Program Manager, Apple Pay and Wallet Analytics

- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Data Engineering, or a similar technical leadership role.
- Deep understanding of data engineering and analytics lifecycles, including business/data understanding, data prep and modeling, ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
- Exceptional project and portfolio management skills - supremely competent in key PPM knowledge areas, including stakeholder management, performance and quality management, risk and change management, governance and benefits realization management.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of shipping complex, scalable, and reliable data platforms, high quality data products and analytics solutions.
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Splunk, Spark, Kafka, and data warehousing solutions like Snowflake or Teradata.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills; ability to influence and align teams from Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Legal, and Privacy without direct authority.
- Mastery in navigating ambiguity. You can take a high-level business or product goal and translate it into a concrete, phased execution plan with clear technical requirements.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
- A deep appreciation for and understanding of data privacy principles.
- BS degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related subject area, or the equivalent industry experience.
- PMP, ACP, PgMP, PfMP or equivalent certifications.
- Familiarity with the payments industry, digital wallets, or large-scale e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with privacy-preserving technologies (e.g., differential privacy).
