To serve as full-time Faculty within the School of Education and Public Service, primarily teaching courses in the Paralegal Studies Program, which is comprised of an Associate in Applied Science, Paralegal Studies, and a Post -Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies.Midlands Technical College is dedicated to providing excellent service to its students, employees, and the community.This position is located on The Airport Campus in the School of Education and Public Service.
Master's Degree in related field with 18 graduate hours in Paralegal Studies. Minimum of two years' work experience in the field of Law. Attorneys must be in good standing with the South Carolina Bar. Paralegals must possess a South Carolina Paralegal Certification and be in good standing. Experience working as a paralegal or supervising paralegal. Commitment to quality teaching.Juris doctorate from an ABA-approved law school and admission to the South Carolina Bar, experience teaching in a higher education setting and experience using on-line learning management systems (such as D2L) is strongly preferred.
