This is a serious, high-performing team where every role matters, and every employee is empowered to make an impact.POSITION SUMMARY:We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and care of our vacation rental properties in and around Manzanita, OR. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who takes pride in their work and can respond quickly to property issues as they arise. From routine repairs to urgent maintenance needs, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring each home is guest-ready and in top condition at all times. This role requires physical stamina, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Complete assigned maintenance tasks using our digital work order system
  • Handle basic home repairs including minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
  • Maintain property exteriors: clean BBQs, blow off decks/driveways, wash windows, remove cobwebs, and mow lawns
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify issues before they impact the guest experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and professionally
  • Clean and restock company vehicles and maintain tools and equipment
  • Provide support on turnover days to ensure homes are in top condition
  • Communicate clearly with office staff to report work completed and flag larger issues
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1 year of general maintenance or handyman experience is required
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment such as power washers, blowers, and basic plumbing tools
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weather conditions
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Hourly Rate: $20-$21/hour, depending on experienceSchedule3–4 days per week, weekends required; seasonal with the potential for year-round employment for the right person
