Key duties include managing inventory, coordinating employee responsibilities, and enhancing efficiency.Our ideal candidate for this Production Supervisor must have/must be able to:Assign team members tasks to complete each shift, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.Set performance metrics for team members and collaborate to ensure all metrics are met, with a focus on safety and quality.Resolve problems and troubleshoot issues promptly, prioritizing safety and quality without the need for management direction.Manage multiple projects and staff members, ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines.Report to the Production Manager and meet with management to review goals, metrics, and safety and quality performance.Maintain a work environment that meets company, state, and federal safety and employment guidelines.Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and quality control measures.Oversee timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Utilize ADP software for payroll, timekeeping, and attendance management.Conduct regular employee reviews, providing feedback and setting development goals.Foster employee development through training and mentorship programs.Physical Movement-Occasional climbing, stooping, crouching, reaching, and handling.
