Description :**Work schedule M-F 8.30am-5.30pm**Pay range is $38.47 to $48.08 per hour depending on the relevant years of experience.We offer a competitive package of employee benefits for 30 to 40-hour week positions. You will receive a defined contribution amount of up to $13,787.80 per year (prorated for part-time employees working less than 40 hours per week) to purchase the benefits of your choice on a cafeteria plan basis. enhanced vision planPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop database/s, resolve problems, analyze and report data, develop outcome tracking systems and maintain database systems in response to legal, contractual and/or other regulations and requirements that may impact Momentum business.*
  • Work with IT Business Application Manager and other departmental management and staff to create, develop, implement, and maintain applications, consistent process and data definitions across computing environments, and security for the organization.
  • Analyze and develop complex data and process models, logical application designs, and data definitions;
  • Develop, test and implement complex physical applications designs in support of corporate and client area information systems requirements;
  • Develop and roll out projects varying in scope, typically cross-functional and technically challenging, which may involve combinations of platforms and computing environments and application technologies (e.g., hierarchical, relational and object-oriented);
  • Work closely with technical and departmental management to design and implement application support tools in support of business application development requirements and processes;
  • Develop standards and procedures affecting applications management, design and maintenance, data management, data dictionaries and documentation across multiple computing environments.
  • Provide support to IT department and to end-users in the functionality of application services.*
  • Analyze data for integrity and coordinate with appropriate staff to initiate and monitor corrective action.
  • Write reports from all systems; initiate report writing, transaction, and menu control, as necessary.
  • Monitor database growth, usage and system capacity:
  • Execute an application maintenance and monitoring plan;
  • Customize applications, when needed;
  • Develop back-up strategies to ensure data security and availability;
  • Set up and maintain user access to the applications;
  • Evaluate and perform application software upgrades, enhancements and testing; manage and coordinate releases of new application versions;
  • Assist with application and operating system maintenance, as needed.
  • Provide end-user technical support and training:
  • Act as liaison with all staff to assist with information requests and system and application problem solving; respond to end-user inquiries on a timely basis;
  • Develop training materials and train all staff on software applications.
  • Maintain vigilance over and support of privacy and confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI), protecting the assets of the organization, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and state licenser requirements, software licensing agreements and contracts, and the Agency’s mission, policies and procedures.*
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide coverage for IT Business Application Manager, as needed.
  • Attend and participate in staff, program, agency and other meetings and trainings.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: (E = Essential; D = Desired) * At least three or more years' experience in technology development and deployment. Demonstrated experience with SharePoint, SQL, Microsoft Excel and Power BI. (E)
  • Completion of additional certification programs or education, BA/BS degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, and/or emphasis in health care informatics. (E )
  • Thorough knowledge of:
  • Computer systems for a multi-facility environment; (E)
  • Business statistics, statistical calculations/formulas, and statistical projections/forecasts; (E)
  • Windows-customized applications and systems administration; Microsoft Excel development/application; report writing; Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI (E) SQL (D)
  • Systems security—protocols, software, and troubleshooting. (E)
  • Quantum system and billing software; (D)
  • HIPAA, in law and practical application exercised in health care informatics. (D)
  • Demonstrated ability to:
