Company DescriptionJob DescriptionLead a portion of the Visual Merchandising strategy for our stores all over the world. Work directly with merchandising, planning and design to promote our Brand Image by creating impactful, volume driving in-store presentations that bring the brand strategy to life. Manage a team who is responsible for bringing the assortment together pre-season to ensure the collection is cohesive, impactful, and volume-driving.This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.What Will You Be Doing?Driving the creative process behind our in-store experience, specially crafting what customers see and feel, to create unique environments that maximize sales and profitability. Coordinating customer-centric product placement strategies, Visual team members must think creatively and aesthetically while considering key analytical data on a daily basis. Our Visual team cultivates the vision, excitement, and emotion of our Brands.What Do You Need To Bring?
  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience
  • 3+ years In Visual merchandising or related role
  • Passion for the A&F brands and the role
  • Proven leadership experience and experience managing a team
  • Ability to thrive in team-based settings and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners
  • A desire to take on the responsibility of running a portion of our multi-billion dollar business
  • An acute eye for product, trend and outfitting
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently to leadership
  • A proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • A desire to learn & hunger for more!
