We are seeking a motivated and highly communicative Superintendent to join our established team. They will oversee all on-site construction activities. With a significant increase in our Industrial portfolio, we're looking for a candidate who can contribute immediately and is eager to grow their career within a dynamic and expanding organization.
  • Manage daily job site operations and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, proactively resolving issues to avoid delays.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and inspectors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, progress photos, and safety logs.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent in light industrial or commercial construction.
  • Proven success managing ground-up and renovation projects in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center environments.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
  • OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety certifications a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills with field teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and inspection procedures.
  • Experience with lean construction practices and value engineering is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
