This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in event sales, business development, and a proven track record of handling large-scale B2B events. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through innovative event solutions.This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in the USA who have deep industry connections and a passion for delivering high-impact event experiences.Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events industry, with a focus on large-scale B2B events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the events industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized event solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Represent Kestone Global at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage insights to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skill Set
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event sales, business development, or event management, with a focus on large-scale B2B events.
  • Proven track record of hunting, negotiating, and closing high-value business deals.
  • Strong on-ground connections and relationships within the events industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with virtual event platforms and tools.
  • Comfortable using collaboration tools like MS Teams, Zoom, or similar for remote teamwork.
  • Must be based in the USA and have the necessary work authorization (non-company sponsored).
  • Experience in managing end-to-end event sales cycles for large-scale B2B events.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with global teams.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
