- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized event solutions that meet client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Represent Kestone Global at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Stay updated on industry trends and leverage insights to identify new growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event sales, business development, or event management, with a focus on large-scale B2B events.
- Proven track record of hunting, negotiating, and closing high-value business deals.
- Strong on-ground connections and relationships within the events industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms and tools.
- Comfortable using collaboration tools like MS Teams, Zoom, or similar for remote teamwork.
- Must be based in the USA and have the necessary work authorization (non-company sponsored).
- Experience in managing end-to-end event sales cycles for large-scale B2B events.
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with global teams.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
