- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and launch of new packaging solutions
- Test new packaging components to ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards
- Assist engineers with daily tasks related to packaging development and validation
- Write and maintain packaging specifications and documentation
- Support packaging-related project activities and timelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in packaging processes and systems
- An undergraduate student (sophomore, junior, senior) pursuing a degree in Packaging Engineering
- Foundational knowledge of packaging materials, formats, and processes
- Good communication skills
- Strong people skills are recommended
